Biography

Shannon Mache joined the Masters in Counseling Program at Sonoma State University as an Adjunct Faculty Member in 2011. Throughout her time with the
department, she has had the privilege of teaching COUN 511F, COUN 511G, and COUN 524. Shannon received her BA in Psychology, MA in Counseling, and Pupil Personnel Services Credential from Sonoma State University. She has many years of experience in the educational field and previously held the roles of school counselor and administrator. She now works in the corporate world with a technology company. In her current role as Education Manager, she is responsible for developing curriculum and implementing the overarching strategy for the maintenance and management of all educational programs. Shannon is
passionate about helping people reach their highest potential with the tools they need to create their own stories of success in their very best lives. She considers it an immense honor to spend each day serving others in a way that aligns with her personal mission to educate, empower, and inspire.
