About
Christy Livingston is a helper, healer, and consultant who believes in the power of curiosity, human connection, and mindful presence to change each other and the world. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor.
She is also the founder and owner of Bridges to Understanding Family Therapy Services, a group therapy practice that serves 200+ clients per week and continues to grow in Healdsburg, California.
She has more than 20 years of professional experience supporting a variety of clients and families using multiple modalities, and is certified in over a dozen evidence-based practices. She is also an educator, an advisor, and a consultant, offering in-person and virtual learning experiences to help mental health clinicians strengthen their work with clients. Christy draws daily inspiration from her own incredible little human and aspires to promote attachment, attunement and healing to help children find the happiness, respect, and unconditional love they deserve.
